Grayson is a commercial litigator with over 15-years experience representing clients on both sides of the aisle, from individuals to Fortune-500 companies. Grayson’s practice mostly consists of complex commercial disputes, class-action litigation, the Texas Securities Act, and deceptive trade practices.
Born and raised in Statesville, North Carolina, Grayson moved to Texas in 2009 after law school to clerk for the Honorable Micaela Alvarez, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas in Laredo. After working in the Dallas office of Hunton Andrews Kurth for 14 years, Grayson founded Linyard PLLC in 2024.
